(1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will have his/her choice of a FANtastic trip to any city in the world, OR A kitchen makeover, OR a Man Cave makeover, valued at up to $25,000. If winner should select the kitchen makeover or Man Cave makeover, winner shall be solely responsible to select a local contractor or other sources as required to execute renovation and Sponsor will pay the contractor directly. If winner should choose the trip, winner shall be solely responsible for selecting a travel agent to book the trip and Sponsor will pay the travel agent directly. Should the winner choose a renovation or trip that exceeds $25,000, the winner will be responsible for any additional costs over $25,000. In no event will Sponsor award the cash value of the prize directly to the winner.

TO ENTER THE CONTEST: Build a sandwich or wrap using avocados, take a creative picture of your sandwich/wrap, then visit the Web Site between 12:00 p.m. (noon) PT on February 2, 2015 and 11:59:59 a.m. PT on March 6, 2015 (the “Contest Entry Period”) and follow the instructions to complete the online entry form and upload your picture (“Entry”). There are four separate entry periods during the Contest Entry Period (each an “Entry Period”), as detailed below in section 8. All Entries must adhere to the Entry Requirements specified below. If required information is not included, Entry will be disqualified. Entries that meet the Entry Requirements and Conditions of Entry specified below may be posted at www.AvocadosFrom Mexico.com and/or other Avocados From Mexico websites or social media sites.

CONTEST ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: The photo should be of the sandwich or wrap only; no other people or animals should be included in the photo. Only the Avocados From Mexico(r) brand logos are allowed in the photo. Any Entry that includes any other mentions/images of any other logos or branded products may be ineligible. Judging of the Contest Entries will not be influenced by the inclusion or exclusion of the Avocados From Mexico® brand logo or name. Entries must include:
• A completed on-line entry form including your name and e-mail address.
• A name for your sandwich/wrap. Limit of 20 Characters.
• One original photo of the sandwich/wrap you created using avocados. Photo must be in jpeg format only, and cannot exceed 2MB in size. Photos may be in color or black/white. Photo must be a single photographic image – not a collage of photos/images.
