One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive twelve (12) pairs of women’s and/or men’s shoes at an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of up to $200.00 for each pair of shoes. All twelve pairs of shoes are required to be ordered at the same time through Sponsor’s customer service department. Contact information will be provided to the Grand Prize Winner. All shoes are subject to availability. Total of Grand Prize Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is up to $2,400.00.

• Three (3) First Prize Winners will each receive a Sperry Top-Sider Shoe Card valid towards the purchase of one (1) pair of women’s or men’s shoes at an ARV of up to $200.00 for an individual shoe order. All shoes are subject to availability. Total ARV of First Prize Pool is up to a maximum of $600.00.

The Total ARV of the Prize Pool is $3,000.00 (USD).

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (“D.C.”), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry.
