One (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) is available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of a trip package (the “Trip Package”) for Grand Prize winner (the “GP Winner”) and up to three (3) guests (one of whom must be GP Winner's Parent if GP Winner is a Minor) (each, a “Guest”) to Los Angeles, CA. If GP Winner elects to bring a friend as a Guest and such friend is a minor in his/her state of residence, the remaining Guest must be the parent or legal guardian of such minor Guest. Trip Package shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach air transportation for GP Winner and up to three (3) Guests from the major airport nearest the GP Winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Los Angeles, CA; (ii) three (3) days/two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations of Sponsor's choice (one [1] room, quad occupancy, room and tax only); (iii) round-trip ground transportation to/from GP Winner's residence and airport as well as airport and hotel; (iv) five hundred dollars ($500.00) in spending money for GP Winner only (in form of a check); (v) a SpongeBob SquarePants Movie prize pack for GP Winner which consists of approximately one hundred dollars ($100.00) worth of SpongeBob SquarePants Movie-related consumer products which may include, but not be limited to, plushies, apparel and toys (as solely determined by Sponsor); and (vi) a tour for GP Winner and Guests of the Nickelodeon Animation Studios (at a time and date to be determined by Sponsor in their sole determination).

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,800.00.
