(1) First Place Prize, consisting of a $5,000 grant awarded in the form of a check made payable to the school associated with the First Place Entry. It is the Sponsor’s intention that the grant be made available for the winning Teacher to use for classroom resources.

(1) Second Place Prize, consisting of a $3,000 grant awarded in the form of a check made payable to the school associated with the Second Place Entry. It is the Sponsor’s intention that the grant be made available for the winning Teacher to use for classroom resources.

(1) Third Place Prize, consisting of a $2,000 grant awarded in the form of a check made payable to the school associated with the Third Prize Entry. It is the Sponsor’s intention that the grant be made available for the winning Teacher to use for classroom resources.

Promotion is offered only in the (50) United States and the District of Columbia and is open only to legal U.S. residents who are 21 years of age and older and who are employed, during the Term of the Promotion and when prize is awarded, as teachers of students in Kindergarten through Grade 5 (each such
participant, a “Teacher”) at an accredited public, private or parochial elementary school in the U.S. that has a 501(c)(3) or
509(a)(1) tax-exempt designation or equivalent as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (each such eligible educational institution, a “School”).

Limit (1) School Prize Sweepstakes entry per Teacher/email address, per day.

PHOTO REQUIREMENTS: The Photo must be submitted in JPG or GIF format and must be no larger than 5 MB in file size. Photos must not: [a] depict any violent, dangerous, or illegal behavior; [b] contain inappropriate content, including but not limited to vulgarity, obscenity, lewd, or violent material, or materials which promote violence; [c] contain third party brands, names, logos or marks, other than trademarks or logos owned by Discovery or American Egg Board.

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: For the purposes of these Official Rules, a Teacher or a person depicted in a Photo (as defined in Section 6A below) may hereafter also be referred to as a “Participant”. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant (and if a Participant has not yet reached the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence [a “Minor”], such Participant’s parent or legal guardian [“Parent”]) fully and unconditionally agrees to the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, AEB, and Promotion Administrator, which are final and binding. Any participant who is a Minor must seek permission from his/her Parent before participating. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Any Teacher or School may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion if a related Participant fails to comply with any of the terms of these Official Rules.

4. ADDITIONAL AGREEMENT FOR TEACHERS: Eligible Teachers who enter the Promotion will be deemed to have entered as employees of their respective Schools. Therefore, by entering the Promotion, each Teacher represents and warrant that: (a) his/her actions do not violate the School’s policies and procedures; (b) his/her school has full knowledge of his/her actions in conjunction with the Promotion; and (c) his/her School has consented to participation in the Promotion by the applicable Teacher, and to the potential receipt of the applicable prize(s) described below. Further, Teachers must seek permission from the Parent of any Minor depicted in a Photo, as detailed in Section 6C below. The Released Parties (as defined below in Section 9) disclaim any and all liability or responsibility for disputes arising between an employee and their employer related to this Promotion.
