One (1) Grand Prize: A four (4) day/three (3) night trip for winner and one (1) guest to New York, NY to experience a VIP tour of the Saturday Night Live ("SNL") set. Trip includes: a) round trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence in the U.S. to New York, NY; b) one (1) standard hotel accommodation (one (1) room, double occupancy) for three (3) nights; c) round trip ground transportation to/from airport and hotel; d) two (2) tickets to a designated SNL show; and e) a VIP tour for two (2) of the SNL set located at NBC Studios. The VIP tour of the SNL set and the two (2) tickets to the taping of designated SNL show have no monetary value.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $4,000.
