The Grand Prize Winner, upon the Administrator’s confirmation of eligibility, will receive a 5day/4night trip for two (2) people to an Italian city of their choice (winner can choose from the following: Florence, Milan, Venice and Rome) (the “Locations”). The Grand Prize package includes: (a) two (2) roundtrip standard economy airfare tickets from a major commercial airport in the United States, near the winner’s primary residence and the Location, as determined by Sponsor; (b) hotel accommodations for four (4) nights at a 4-star hotel to be determined by the Sponsor (one double occupancy room and room tax only), (c) $7,500 cash stipend, and (d) $750 of Milani product. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the total prize package is $14,650.
The First Prize Winner, upon the Administrator’s confirmation of eligibility, will receive $500 worth of Milani product.
Each Second Prize Winner, upon the Administrator’s confirmation of eligibility, will receive $300 worth of Milani product.
Total Contest Prize Pool - $16,350.
Up to one hundred (100) Third Prize Winners will each receive one (1) Fierce Foils Eyeshadows (ARV - $9.99/per).
Up to five hundred (500) Fourth Prize Winners will each receive one (1) Color Statement Mattes (ARV - $5.99/per).
Total Sweepstakes Prize Pool - $3,994.

Sweepstakes drawing: On or about April 6, 2015, the Administrator will randomly select (up to) one hundred (100) Third Prize Winners and (up to) five hundred (500) Fourth Prize Winners. The Prize drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during the Submission Period.
