Two (2) Grand Prizes and three (3) First Prizes will be awarded. Each Grand Prize consisting of a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) to New York City to attend one (1) scheduled Good Morning America Winter Concert Series performance of winner’s choice for any scheduled GMA Winter Concert between 02/13/15 and 04/15/15. Trip includes round-trip coach class air transportation for two (2) between a major airport near winner’s home and New York City (If Grand Prize winner lives within 150 mile radius of New York City, in lieu of air transportation, round-trip ground transportation may be provided by Sponsor (at their sole discretion) between Grand Prize winner’s home and hotel, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value), two (2) free night certificates (one standard room, double occupancy) at a hotel with the Hilton portfolio property, round-trip ground transportation to and from arrival airport and VIP Treatment at the GMA concert. Each Grand Prize winner will also receive $500 in cash or cash equivalent, and a $500 Hilton HHonors Gift Card (terms and conditions of Gift Cards apply). (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,800.00 each).

First prize winners will each receive a $100 Hilton HHonors Gift Card (terms of Gift Card apply). Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100.00 each).

TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $5,900.00.
