The Grand Prize Winner will receive the following (the “Grand Prize”): a trip for two (2) to the set of Guy’s Grocery Games in Santa Rosa, California, which includes: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and guest between the major U.S. commercial airport in the 48 contiguous United States and D.C. nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Santa Rosa, California; (ii) three (3) days and two (2) nights hotel accommodations (as determined by Sponsor) (one double occupancy room, room rate and taxes only); (iii) $500.00 spending money for the winner; (iv) car rental for the duration of stay (some restrictions may apply); and (v) the opportunity to participate in a Grocery List Challenge (subject to the terms and conditions of the Guy’s Grocery Games), which will be filmed and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, aired on television and/or the Food Network website.

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $4,000.
