One (1) grand prize will be awarded to one (1) entrant consisting of an opportunity to appear in the television program "Treehouse Masters." and have a custom treehouse built on the winner's property (the "Prize"). The prize includes the following: a custom built treehouse by our experts on "Treehouse Masters" and $30,000 cash which can be used for tax purposes at the winner's discretion.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") is up to $130,000.

Entrants must (i) be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; (ii) be at least 18 years of age; (iii) have a computer with Internet access or mobile device that can access the Internet and uses either the iPhone or Android platform; and (iv) have a valid Youtube.com account.

Limit: One (1) entry per person and one (1) entrant per video.

Submit a photo of the tree or trees on your property to be home to the ultimate treehouse. As part of the entry form, each entrant must create a video of three (3) minutes or less regarding why you would want your own treehouse, what it would look like and how you would use it to help fulfill your happy life. Video must be uploaded to your personal YouTube account with the URL copied and pasted in the entry form.
