FIVE (5) GRAND PRIZE winners will each receive a trip and tour package for the winner and a guest (the guest must be 18 years or older) which includes the following:

• Two (2) round-trip airfare tickets to and from nearest major airport to Chengdu, China (ARV
$4,200.00);
• One (1) hotel room for five nights (ARV $600.00);
• Ground transportation to and from airport(s) and all official prize activities (ARV $430.00);
• Tour of Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding (ARV $400.00);
• VIP tour of the Changhong factory (ARV $370.00);
• Per diem meal stipend for seven (7) days (ARV $500.00);

The ARV of each GRAND PRIZE package is $6,500.00.

Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes offered: $32,500.00.
