One (1) Grand Prize: a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for winner and three (3) guests (“Group”) to a VIP Football Experience in Phoenix, Arizona (“City”) (collectively “Event”) on Sponsor-selected dates tentatively scheduled for February 1, 2015 (“Grand Prize Trip”). The Grand Prize Trip consists of the following elements for the Group: [a] hotel accommodations (one standard quad occupancy room, including room tax) for two (2) nights; [b] tickets to VIP Events; [c] hotel/Event transfers in Phoenix; [d] if winner’s residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and City; or if winner’s residence is located less than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between winners’ residence and the hotel in Phoenix; [e] airport/hotel transfers if applicable; ARV: $14,000.

Two (2) First Prizes: One First Prize Winner will win a trip to San Francisco, CA for an opportunity to have lunch/dinner with Jerry Rice (ARV: $2,500.00 each); One First Prize Winner will win a trip to Dallas, TX for an opportunity to have lunch/dinner with Emit Smith ($2,500.00). Sponsor will decide which First Prize winner will receive which First Prize Trip. The meet and greet for both First Prizes shall be referred to as (“Meeting(s)”) The trips for the First Prize Winners shall be referred to as (“First Prize Trip(s)”) First Prize Trips will consist of the following: [a] hotel accommodations for one (1) night; [b] hotel/Event transfers in San Francisco/Dallas; [c] if the First Prize Winner’s residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from San Francisco/Dallas, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and San Francisco/Dallas; or if winner’s residence is located less than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the San Francisco/Dallas, round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between winners’ residence and the hotel in San Francisco/Dallas; [d] airport/hotel transfers if applicable; Thirty (30) autographed football jerseys (ARV: $250.00 each); and one hundred (100) autographed footballs ($100.00 each)

Total ARV of all prizes: $36,500.00.

Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous states and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
