One (1) Grand Prize: a three day/two night trip for four persons (Sweepstakes Winner, his/her Parent/Legal Guardian, and two other guests) to New York, New York City to attend Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest. In addition, the Group will have an opportunity to meet Ryan Seacrest. The Prize consists of the following elements: hotel accommodations for the Group (one standard room, quadruple occupancy) for two (2) nights in the New York City area; admission for four to the Show; an opportunity to meet the Host; round-trip transportation service transfers between the hotel and Show; if the Winner resides more than 250 miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation for the Group between an airport near the Sweepstakes Winner’s residence and a New York City area Airport; and car rental or round-trip car service transfers between the airport and hotel in the City.
