Prize (25): Each winner will spend five (5) days/four (4) nights in Phoenix, Arizona, arriving January 29, 2015 and leaving on February 2, 2015 (“Prize” or “Trip”). Trip includes roundtrip coach class air transportation for up to two (2) people (winner and a guest) between the major commercial airport closest to winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and an airport in the Phoenix area as selected by Sponsor; five (5) days/four (4) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); and a town car ride between the hotel and the airport in Phoenix only. If a winner lives within two hundred fifty (250) miles of the Phoenix, Arizona area, Sponsor will provide a winner with Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for travel expenses in lieu of air transportation and Sponsor will not be responsible for any travel expenses. Each winner and guest will receive a field pass to the Super Bowl XLIX Halftime Show in the University of Phoenix Stadium (the “Stadium”) on February 1, 2015 (the “Experience”). The Experience does not include tickets to the actual Super Bowl XLIX football game. Winners and guests will be shuttled to the Stadium from a meeting location and shuttled back to the meeting location after the Super Bowl XLIX Halftime Show is finished. Each winner will receive $400 for spending cash during the Trip. The ARV of the Prize is $5,050.

The ARV of all Prizes is $126,250.

MUST BE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES RESIDING IN ONE OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OF AMERICA OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (D.C.), 18 YEARS OF AGE (19 in AL or NE) OR OLDER AT TIME OF CONTEST ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN.

An Entrant may only enter the Contest up to five (5) times per calendar day during the Submission Period.

To enter the Contest, during the Submission Period, the Entrant must upload a photograph (the “Photo”) or submit a video (the “Video”) as instructed on the Website showing his/her excitement for the Super Bowl XLIX Halftime Show. The Entrant must enter a title and a brief description for the Photo or Video. A submitted Photo or Video with a title and brief description may hereinafter be referred to as a “Submission.”

Up to twenty-five (25) Prizes will be awarded. If there are less than twenty-five (25) Entrants from the Winning Hometown, then twenty-five (25) prizes may not be awarded.
