One (1) Grand Prize for the Grand Winner: a five (5) day / four (4) night trip for Grand Winner and three (3) guests to Los Angeles, CA ("City"), on Sponsor-selected dates estimated to be in January-February 2015 timeframe (the "Trip"), consisting of the following elements: [i] a "crawl-on" role for the Grand Winner's Baby (only) on a Sponsor-selected episode of the Show ("Crawl-On Role") during the Trip. Crawl-On Role is subject to availability, scheduling and Sponsor's selection and discretion (and if episode is not available, a cash substitution of $5,000 will be awarded in lieu of this portion of the prize, at Sponsor's sole election); [ii] hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for four (4) nights; [iii] if Grand Winner's residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach airfare for a family of four (4) to Los Angeles (date determined by Sponsor) between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near Grand Winner's residence ("Airport of Origin") and a Sponsor-selected major airport in or near City; but if Grand Winner's residence is located two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from the City, round-trip coach airfare or round-trip ground transportation for a family of four (4) via a Sponsorselected method between Grand Winner's residence and the hotel; [iv] airport/hotel transfers if air transportation is provided;[v] featured blog on the Website about the Baby's first Hollywood television show appearance; [vi] private tour of Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, CA; and [vii] Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) cash stipend spending money. ARV: $5,000.00.

Three (3) Weekly Prizes (one for each Weekly Winner): Each includes one (1) basket of Disney Baby products, each themed to a Disney or Disney/Pixar property (i.e., Finding Nemo, Minnie Mouse/Disney Princess and Dumbo), determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $350/each. Total ARV of all Weekly Prizes: $1,050.00.

Three (3) Weekly Contests for three (3) Weekly Winners: Enter by uploading a photo ("Photo") Entry consisting of the following elements: [a] one (1) baby featured in the Photo born between November 24, 2012 and November 23, 2014 (newborn to 24 months of age, "Baby") [b] agreement that you are Baby's parent/legal guardian ("Parent") (or have Parent's permission) and have reached the age of majority in your state or province of residence; [c] less than 5MB in file size; [d] in jpg or png format; and [e] optional title (collectively, "Weekly Entry").
