The following prize package will be awarded to the one (1) winner (subject to verification) in this Sweepstakes: one (1) trip for winner and one (1) guest on Sponsor-selected dates to Las Vegas, Nevada, currently scheduled to take place on or around January 31, 2015. The trip consists solely of the following for use only by winner and his or her one (1) guest: two (2) round-trip, economy class airfare tickets from a major airport near the winner’s residence within one (1) of the forty-eight contiguous United States or District of Columbia (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to an airport near Las Vegas, NV (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a hotel selection by Sponsor in its sole discretion; ground transportation between the Las Vegas airport and the hotel upon arrival and departure; breakfast for two (2) at the hotel on each of the two (2) mornings at the hotel (details chosen in Sponsor’s and hotels sole discretion; some menus items may be excluded); two (2) tickets to the UFC 183 Silva vs. Diaz fight; one (1) two-hundred-fifty dollar ($250) gift certificate for use by winner and a guest for dinner at a Sponsor-selected restaurant; and $250.00 in cash for spending allowance, provided to the winner only (and not the guest). Travel-related taxes and services may be provided in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of prize: $4,895.

Open only to legal residents of any one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska or Hawaii) who are at least 18 and the age of majority in their state or jurisdiction of residence. This Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii, all U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico), possessions and overseas military installations and where prohibited by law.

There is a maximum of one (1) entry per person per day for this Sweepstakes regardless of entry method.
