(9) Winners will each receive an Eastbay gift card for the total product value on their Wish Lists, up to a maximum value of $500, subject to the following conditions:

a. If the products on a winner's Wish List each cost more than $500, the winner will receive a $500 gift card.
b. if the total value of all products on a winner's Wish List cost more than $500, the winner will receive a $500gift card; and
c. If the products on a winner's Wish List have a total value of less than $500, the winner will receive the total value of the Wish List plus estimated shipping charges (up to a maximum value of $500) and no additional compensation will be provided.

The maximum ARV is $4,500 for all prizes.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States (including the District of Columbia) and Puerto Rico who are thirteen years of age or older at the time of entry.

Wish Lists must be emailed during the Sweepstakes entry period to receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.
