(1) Grand Prize: The Elementary School named in the verified Grand Prize winning entry will receive (1) $10,000 grant awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Elementary School, to be used toward digital safety and awareness efforts at the Elementary School.

(1) Runner-Up Prize: The Elementary School named in the verified Runner-Up Prize winning entry will receive (1) $5,000 grant awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Elementary School, to be used toward digital safety and awareness efforts at the Elementary School.

(10) Honorable Mention Prizes: The Elementary Schools named in the (10) verified Honorable Mention Prize winning entries will each receive a $1,000 grant awarded in the form of a check made payable to the applicable Elementary School, to be used toward digital safety and awareness efforts at the applicable Elementary School.

Total ARV of all prizes: $25,000.

(1) Teachers Only Grand Prize: The individual named in the verified Teachers Only Grand Prize winning entry will receive a trip for winner and (1) guest to the ISTE conference in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, June 28 through July 1, 2015 (the “Trip”), and (1) package of McAfee LiveSafe. Trip includes: round trip coach air travel for winner and (1) guest to the Philadelphia area from the major gateway airport closest to winner’s residence (airports determined solely by Sponsor); double occupancy hotel accommodations for (4) nights; admission to the Intel ISTE conference for winner and (1) guest; and a grand total of $1,000 spending money awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner, intended to cover ground transportation, meals and incidentals, but issued without restriction. Expenses not specified are winner’s responsibility. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and certain restrictions. Additional requirements may apply. Air carriers, hotels and other prize elements selected by Sponsor. Winner and guest must travel at the same time on the same itinerary and must comply with all applicable security and other requirements of the airline, hotel, and activities. Travelers are responsible for any travel insurance and for all trip expenses not specified. Total ARV of the Teachers Only Grand Prize is $4,528. Actual value will be determined by winner's residence. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor, or Trip will be forfeited in its
entirety. Travel dates are currently anticipated to be from June 28, 2015 to July 1, 2015, but are subject to change as deemed necessary by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

The Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Further, the “Teachers Only” Drawing (as described in Section 5 below) is only open to eligible entrants who are employed, during the Sweepstakes Period and when prize is awarded, as teachers of students in Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3, Grade 4, and/or Grade 5, at a public school in the U.S. (each such participant, a “Teacher”). To be eligible to receive a prize, a school must be a public school: [a] serving students in Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3, Grade 4, and/or Grade 5; and [b] located in the U.S. (an “Elementary School”).

Note that entrants are entering on behalf of the Elementary Schools named in their entries, and that no prizes are available for entrants to win personally (except with respect to the Teachers Only prize components of this Sweepstakes as described below in Section 5). By entering the Sweepstakes, each Teacher represents and warrants that his/her school has full knowledge of his/her actions in conjunction with the Sweepstakes and has consented to his/her participation.

Limit (1) Standard Entry per entrant/email address, per day.

To submit a “Bonus Entry”: After completing a Standard Entry in accordance with the instructions above, you will be presented with the option to submit an additional entry by using Sponsor’s online tool to submit an eligible message and/or image via your personal Twitter account (“Bonus Entry”).
For the avoidance of doubt, the entry information (including the Elementary School) associated with particular Bonus Entry will be the same as the information in the participant’s last Standard Entry.
