One (1) Grand Prize (referred to herein as “Grand Prize” or “Prize” or “prize” ) will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of a trip (“Trip”) for the eligible Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner” or “winner”)) and one (1) travel companion (“Travel Companion”) to Los Cabos, Mexico. The Trip consists of 3 days/2 nights at the Cabo Villas Beach Resort and Spa in a one (1) bedroom deluxe suite (room and room tax only) and roundtrip coach class airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her eligible Travel Companion from a U.S gateway airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to Los Cabos.

Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $3,000.00.
