The Grand Prize Winner will receive the following: (i) Two (2) tickets to Side Show, (ii) round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest between the major commercial airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence and New York City provided by a partner airline (airports determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), (iii) a two (2) night stay at the Archer Hotel (one double occupancy room, room rate and taxes only), (iv) a pre-show dinner for two (2) at David Burke Fabrick, and (v) merchandise selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of prize: $2,000.
