There will be sixteen (16) prizes awarded. Each prize winner will receive a Carter’s prize package (the “prize”) consisting solely of: a) Carter’s Gift Card with a value of three hundred dollars ($300); b) Tiny Prints Gift Card with a value of two hundred dollars ($200); c) LeapPad3 Learning Tablet with two (2) game cartridges, Octonauts and Frogs Rainforest valued at one hundred fifty dollars ($150); d) GoGo squeeze case and lunchbox valued at fifty dollars ($50); and e) Highlights™ magazine subscription and Hidden Pictures® gift set valued at fifty dollars ($50). The total ARV of the prize is seven hundred fifty dollars ($750).

The total ARV of all prizes being awarded is twelve thousand dollars ($12,000).

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, United States territories (including APO/FPO military addresses) and Puerto Rico, who are physically located therein and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
