Box 5703, Blair, NE 68009-5703. Limit: One Mail-In Entry Per Outer Mailing Envelope. No mechanically-reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, postage-due or altered Mail-In Entries will be accepted. Enter by mail as often as you wish but each Mail-In Entry must be mailed in a separately-stamped outer envelope. ALL MAIL-IN ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED BY DECEMBER 30, 2014 AND RECEIVED BY JANUARY 6, 2015.
