ARV of the Lennar home is $1,000,000. Prize award subject to execution of purchase and sale contract provided by Lennar and the conditions set forth in the contract and in these Official Rules.

A cash prize of $450,000.00 in lieu of the Lennar home. Cash prize will be awarded as a check payable to the Winner, and a portion of the cash prize, if chosen by the Winner, may be subject to federal and/or state tax withholding.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older, and of the age of majority in their state of residence. This Sweepstakes is void outside of the Territory and where prohibited by law.
