(1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner, upon confirmation of eligibility, will receive a 4-night vacation package at a Beaches Resort of the winner's choice, one (1) $1,200 USD travel voucher, and one (1) Hot In Cleveland prize pack. The Grand Prize includes "Luxury Included®" amenities including food and beverages (including premium brand drinks), and land and water sport activities at the resort. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $4,750 USD.

(4) First Prizes: Each First Prize Winner will receive a Hot In Cleveland prize pack (ARV - $50/per).

Total Prize Pool - $4,950.
