Three (3) grand prizes will be awarded. Each grand prize winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for up to two (2) people, to Los Angeles, CA, from November 19, 2014 – November 21, 2014. Prize includes VIP access to the FIAT 500X vehicle reveal and access to the Post Reveal After Party, a meet and greet with the FIAT Team, ground transportation between LA Auto Show and After Party (any other transportation, including to and from the airport is the sole responsibility of the winner), round trip air transportation (coach) for up to two (2) people from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the winner’s home to Los Angeles, hotel accommodations at the Loews Hotel in Santa Monica: Double Room (standard rooms, double occupancy for two nights), and a $1,000 debit card. Opportunity to meet the FIAT Team, attend the FIAT 500X vehicle reveal and/or the Post Reveal After Party may be canceled at any time for any reason. If such event is cancelled, no additional prizing will be provided. If winner is unable to travel on the specified dates (November 19, 2014 – November 21, 2014) the prize will be forfeited and no other compensation will be provided. If winner lives within 150 miles of Los Angeles, CA, ground transportation may be provided instead of air transportation. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, baggage fees, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel companion(s) must be 21 years of age or older. Travel companions will be required to execute a Release of Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) prior to departure. Winner and travel companion(s) must travel at the same time and on the same itinerary.

Approximate retail value of each grand prize is $4,600.
