Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive a trip for winner and one guest from New York to Capri, Italy in May 2015. Prize includes the following items/services:
Round trip coach class airfare for two (2) persons from a NYC airport to Naples, Italy;
Two (2) Ferry tickets to Capri;
Five (5) days/four (4) nights' double-occupancy hotel accommodations at a hotel in Capri determined by Sponsor; and
Two (2) $500 Macy's Gift Cards for a Michael Kors shopping spree.
Winner and guest are responsible from transportation from winner's home in the contiguous United States to NYC. Winner and guest must travel to Capri together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, including driver's licenses, visas, and valid passports, if and as applicable. Winner must be able to travel on dates selected by Sponsor in May 2015 or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Should winner elect to travel without a guest, prize will be awarded in increments appropriate for one (1) traveler and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded in conjunction therewith. All fees, federal, state and other taxes, costs and expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner is solely responsible for meals, drinks, incidental expenses, tips and gratuities, transportation between winner's home and gateway airport in NYC, checked luggage fees, ground transportation and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein. Frequent flyer mileage credit may not be awarded The winner and guest are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide insurance or any other form of insurance.
