One (1) grand prize (the "Grand Prize") will be awarded to the Grand Prize winner (the "GP Winner") in this Sweepstakes. The GP Winner will receive a NORWEGIAN voucher which may be redeemed (subject to NORWEGIAN's terms and conditions contained thereon) for a seven (7) day/seven (7) night cruise trip for GP Winner and up to three (3) guests of GP Winner, one of whom must be GP Winner's Parent if GP Winner is considered a minor in his/her state of residence (each a "Guest", collectively the "Guests"), aboard one (1) of five (5) NORWEGIAN cruise ships (GP Winner's choice, subject to availability). GP Winner may select one (1) of the following NORWEGIAN cruise ships: the NORWEGIAN Getaway, NORWEGIAN Breakaway, NORWEGIAN Gem, NORWEGIAN Epic or NORWEGIAN Jewel (the "Trip Package"). The Trip Package shall consist of: (i) roundtrip, coach class air transportation for GP Winner and Guests from a major U.S. gateway airport near GP Winner's residence (as solely determined by Sponsor) to the domestic airport near the NORWEGIAN port of departure (as solely determined by Sponsor); (ii) round-trip ground transportation of Sponsor's choice between the domestic airport and port of departure; (iii) seven (7) days / seven (7) nights standard cabin accommodations for GP Winner and Guests (one [1] balcony stateroom cabin, quad occupancy, room only).

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize is $7,250.00.

Open to legal residents of one of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (the "Territory"), who are eighteen (18) years or older and the parent or legal guardian of a child between the ages of two (2) and fourteen (14) at the time of entry.
