Open to legal residents of the United States of America (including the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry.

Those seeking to participate in the Contest may submit only one Image during each weekly contest period and an Image may only be submitted once during the entire Contest.

Entrants in the Sweepstakes may submit up to three entries in each Sweepstakes by voting up to three times. Each vote will require a separate visit to the Website and voting for the same image in each such visit is not permitted.
