Grand Prize (1 winner): One (1) Grand Prize: a 3-day/2-night trip for the winner and a guest to Los Angeles, CA to attend a taping of Shark Tank (the “Show”) and meet Show Insiders (i.e., show executives, producers and/or past presenters in the Show). The Grand Prize includes: two (2) round-trip, coach-class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA area from an airport near winner’s residence; 3-day/2-night hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) in a hotel of Sponsors’ choice in the Los Angeles area; round trip transportation to and from Los Angeles area airport and hotel, as well as round trip transportation to and from hotel and the Shark Tank set.

Sponsors make no representation as to the participation of any Show talent (i.e., Sharks) in the meeting component of the Grand Prize. Exact Show Insiders to be available for meeting portion of the Grand Prize will be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Sponsors’ representative(s) and other individuals will also be present at all times. Show Insiders may or may not, in their sole discretion, pose for photographs or autograph items for Grand Prize winner and guest.

Grand Prize trip must be taken in June 2015 (exact dates to be determined by Sponsors based on projected taping schedule of the Show).

There is no retail value associated with the Show taping and meeting with Show Insiders portions of the Grand Prize. ARV of Grand Prize: $3,000.00.

First Prize (50 winners): Each winner will receive (i) one (1) copy of Shark Tank Jump Start Your Business: How to Launch and Grow a Business from Concept to Cash by Michael Parrish DuDell, Mark Cuban, Barbara Corcoran, Lori Greiner, and Robert Herjavec; (ii) one (1) Portable Charger / Fully Charged White Power Bank, and (iii) one (1) Universal USB Cable For All Apple, Android and BlackBerry® devices. ARV of each First Prize: $28.78.

Total ARV of All Prizes: $4,439.78.

Open only to legal residents of the following states: Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and the District of Columbia (collectively the “Territory”), who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older) and who have an active e-mail account and Internet access as of 9/21/14.
