(5) GRAND PRIZES: Winners shall receive a Nissan Dealer Service Reward Card containing $5,000.00, the cumulative average retail cost of maintenance services on (1) Nissan vehicle as outlined in the Nissan Extended Services North America’s Premium Prepaid Maintenance Plan for Model Year 2014 and prior vehicles, excluding tire hazard protection and rental car services. For the purpose of this Sweepstakes, the length of vehicle ownership is defined as 5.3 years and quantified by Nissan North America’s Customer Database as the average length of time one (1) owner owns a Nissan vehicle. The value of the Nissan Dealer Service Reward Card is non-transferable and is redeemable only at Nissan dealerships throughout the United States. The value of the Nissan Dealer Service Reward Card is not restricted to the purchase of maintenance service and may be put towards any purchase (including new car purchase, service, accessories, parts, etc.) made within a Nissan dealership. Without limiting the foregoing, Nissan Dealer Service Reward Card is subject to terms and condition of use as indicated thereon.

The total value of all prizes in the Sweepstakes is $25,000.

Open only to legal residents of the (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who own a Nissan vehicle (except GT-R, LEAF and NCV model vehicles) as of September 30, 2014.
