Grand Prize: The Walking Dead: The Complete Fourth Season Limited Edition on Blu-Ray set and a trip for two (2) to Universal Studios Hollywood. Trip package includes round-trip coach-class air transportation from an airport near winner's home determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion to Los Angeles, CA; two (2) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); two (2) tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood Halloween Horror Nights; and two (2) general admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood. Note Halloween Horror Nights tickets do not include admission to the park during the day. Halloween Horror Nights is a separately ticketed event which runs 7pm – 2am. Trip is subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round-trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. To attend Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights travel must be completed no later than November 3, 2014. In the event the winner is unable to travel and attend Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights on or before November 2, 2014, the winner will only receive general admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood and have until December 31, 2014 to complete travel or prize will be forfeited.

Approximate retail value of trip and DVD set is $2,500.00. Approximate retail value for Halloween Horror Nights tickets are $77/ea and general admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood are $92/ea.

Daily Prize: The same prize will be awarded to each of the fourteen (14) daily winners: The Walking Dead: The Complete Fourth Season on DVD (estimated retail value: $51.99).
