ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A four (4) day/three (3) night trip for winner and one (1) guest (together, the “Attendees”) to attend Live in the Vineyard (the “Event”) in Napa, California. Travel will take place between November 6-9, 2014. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for the Attendees on Southwest Airlines from the major airport served by Southwest Airlines nearest the winner’s residence (as determined by Prize Provider) to the major airport served by Southwest Airlines nearest Napa, CA, three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy/room and tax only) at Napa River Inn (the “Hotel”), two (2) tickets to the Event, daily transportation to/from the Hotel and Event, and a winner gift bag (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $3,000.00).

Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Notwithstanding the determined age requirement set forth above, it is strictly prohibited for anyone who does not meet the age requirement as of the date of entry to be allowed to participate in the Sweepstakes and no one under the age of thirteen (13) shall be permitted to enter any sweepstakes at any time, under any circumstances.
