One (1) first place prize, one (1) second place prize, one (1) third place prize, and ten (10) fourth place prizes are available and will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. Each winner will be awarded only one prize.
The first place prize consists of a $1,000.00 Visa gift card and a Deluxe UrgentRx Relief Kit (Sony headphones, UrgentRx t-shirt, cup, sunglasses, notebook, and a 3-week supply of assorted UrgentRx packets) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of first place prize - $1,100.00).
The second place prizes consist of a $500.00 Visa gift card and a Deluxe UrgentRx Relief Kit (Sony headphones, UrgentRx t-shirt, cup, sunglasses, notebook, and a 3-week supply of assorted UrgentRx packets) (ARV of second place prize - $600.00).
The third place prize consists of a $250.00 Visa gift card and a Standard UrgentRx Relief Kit (UrgentRx t-shirt, notebook, sunglasses, and a 2-week supply of assorted UrgentRx packets) (ARV of third place prize - $300.00).
The fourth place prize consists of a Standard UrgentRx Relief Kit (UrgentRx t-shirt, notebook, sunglasses, and a 2-week supply of assorted UrgentRx packets) (ARV of fourth place prize - $50.00).
Total ARV of all prizes: $2,500.
