One (1) grand prize will be awarded. Grand prize winner will receive a trip for four (4) – grand prize winner and three (3) guests -- to New York, NY to attend the premiere screening of the motion picture titled “Paddington” (“Premiere Screening”). Travel will commence on or about December 3, 2014 returning to winner’s home December 5, 2014. The Premiere Screening will be on December 4, 2014 at Ziegfeld Theatre in Manhattan, New York. Sweepstakes Grand Prize includes round-trip air transportation on Delta Airlines for winner and three (3) guests, two (2) standard hotel room (each room offering occupancy for two, room and tax only) for two (2) nights, round-trip ground transportation in New York to/from: airport, hotel, and to the Premiere Screening, $450 per diem/spending cash, and one (1) year’s supply of Brownie Brittle product. Winner and travel guests must travel on same itinerary. Winner or one of winner’s travel guests may be required to present a valid credit card to register at the hotel. If winner resides within 200 miles of New York, NY, ground transportation may be substituted in lieu of air transportation at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the grand prize is $4,500.

Ten (10) first prizes will be awarded. Each first prize winner will receive one (1) year’s supply of Brownie Brittle product. The winner will receive twelve (12) monthly deliveries of one case of assorted Brownie Brittle products (5 oz packages) per month. Each case will contain 12 packages. ARV of each first prize is $576.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and D.C.) who(i) are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry; (ii) have internet access and a valid email address; and (iii) are registered members in good standing of Facebook.

Each entrant is allowed only one (1) entry per day for registering and one (1) entry per day for sharing the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
