One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to one of the following airports (depending on cost/availability) San Francisco, Sacramento or Oakland airports (the "Destination"), from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, nearest to winner’s primary residence provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) one (1) hotel accommodation for three nights (one double occupancy room and room tax only) at the Napa River Inn checking in on November 7, 2014 and checking out on November 10, 2014; (c) transportation to and from Live In The Vineyard events from hotel; (d) Special Winner Gift Bags with promotional items from participating labels and sponsors; (e) passes for two (2) to the Welcome Cocktail Reception & Wine Tasting at Westin Versa Napa; (f) two (2) tickets to the Private Main Acoustic concerts at Uptown Theatre on Friday, November 7, 2014 and Saturday, November 8, 2014; and (g) access for two (2) to a private tour & passport tasting at Sutter Home Winery with Mat Kearney. (The events to which the prize relates in (e)–(g) above are defined herein as “Events”.)
