We will award one winner the Grand Prize which consists of

•A trip for the winner and his/her guest to Oakland, CA on or about October 17-19, 2014, to attend the Experience Hendrix concert in Oakland, CA on October 18, 2014 (the “Trip”). The Trip has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $2,550.00 and consists of;

•2 nights standard hotel accommodations for the winner and his/her guest (single room, double occupancy) at an Oakland area hotel to be determined by Sponsor or SME in their sole discretion (the “Hotel”);

•Round trip economy class airfare for the winner and one guest departing from a major airport near the winner’s residence (within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia) and arriving at an airport in the Oakland area (the “Airport”);

•Roundtrip ground transportation for the winner and his/her guest to/from Airport; and

•Tickets for the winner and his/her guest to attend the Experience Hendrix concert in Oakland, CA on October 18, 2014.

We will also award the Grand Prize winner a Fender Standard Stratocaster electric guitar which as an ARV of $499.99..

The total ARV of all prizes is $3,049.99.
