ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE (Prize value is indicated in United States Dollars): A six (6) night / seven (7) day trip for winner ("Grand Prize Winner") and up to three (3) guests (individually, “Guest” and the Guests and Grand Prize Winner shall be referred to collectively as the “Group”) to Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa® (“Resort”) in Ko Olina, Hawaii, U.S. consisting of the following elements for the Group: [a] hotel accommodations (one (1) bedroom villa/quad occupancy, including room tax); [b] a $5,000 Resort credit which can be used for up to three (3) Resort excursions and Resort meals for the Group; [c] if Grand Prize Winner’s residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from Honolulu International Airport, round-trip coach air transportation (with possible layovers) on a Promoter-selected carrier from a Promoter-selected major metropolitan airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence (“Airport of Origin”) to Honolulu International Airport; but if Grand Prize Winner’s residence is located two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from Honolulu International Airport, then round-trip coach air transportation will not be provided, and [d] airport/hotel transfers if air transportation is provided (“Trip”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): up to US $27,300.

This prize also includes an amount of up to $7,800 to be used toward the payment of taxes including, to the extent applicable, any withholdings required by law.

Open only to persons who, as of Entry, are 21 years of age or older, legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States, Washington D.C., Canada (excluding Quebec), United Kingdom, France or Japan (collectively, “Territory”).
