There will be one (1) prize awarded (each a “Prize”) to Winner. Prize will consist of the following: a three (3) day, two (2) night trip (“Trip”) for Winner and up to one (1) guest (“Guest”) to New York, New York to attend a live taping of the Saturday Night Live show (“Taping”). The Taping is scheduled to be filmed at NBC Studios, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY 10112. Trip will include round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and up to one (1) Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home in the U.S. (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York, New York; two (2) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a hotel in or near New York, New York (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in New York, New York; and two (2) tickets for admission to the Taping for Grand Prize Winner and up to one (1) Guest. If Grand Prize Winner is a resident of the New York metropolitan area, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event production of the Taping is cancelled or postponed, the ticket portion of the prizing may be cancelled without substitution or compensation therefor. Tickets to the Taping are non-transferable and cannot be sold to or used by any person(s) other than the Winner and Guest. Guest must be fourteen (14) years of age or older as of September 15th, 2014. If Guest is a minor, Winner must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian and must execute and return the Guest Documents (defined below) on such minor’s behalf. Trip must be completed by May 2015.

The Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of the Prize is three thousand two hundred dollars ($3,200).

Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
