1) GRAND PRIZE: A four day/three night trip for winner and one guest to attend the Ed Sheeran 2014 concert in London, England on October 14, 2014. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for the Attendees from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence to the major airport nearest London, England, three nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy), two tickets to the Concert, and a meet and greet for the Attendees with Ed Sheeran (ARV: $5,250.00).

Open to legal residents of the forty-eight contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one years of age or older as of the date of entry. Notwithstanding the determined age requirement set forth above, it is strictly prohibited for anyone who does not meet the age requirement as of the date of entry to be allowed to participate in the Sweepstakes and no one under the age of thirteen shall be permitted to enter any sweepstakes at any time, under any circumstances. Individuals who have won a prize from the Sponsor within 180 days prior to the start date of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win.
