We will award one prize which consists of a trip for the winner and his/her guest to Los Angeles, CA on or about September 29-31, 2014, to attend the Sam Smith concert at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles, CA on September 30, 2014 (the “Concert”). The Prize consists of:

Round trip economy class airfare for the winner and one guest departing from a major airport near the winner’s residence (within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia) and arriving at an airport in the Los Angeles area (the “Airport”);

2 nights standard hotel accommodations for the winner and his/her guest (single room, double occupancy) at a Los Angeles area hotel to be determined by Sponsor or CMG in their sole discretion (the “Hotel”);

Roundtrip ground transportation for the winner and his/her guest to/from Airport and Hotel, and to/from Hotel and Concert; and

Two tickets to attend the Concert including a meet & greet for the winner and one guest with Sam Smith at the Concert.

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Prizes is $3,100.00.

If you are an individual legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are the older of 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your state of residence at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
