Contest - Grand Prize: There will be one (1) grand prize (the "Grand Prize") available to be won in the Contest consisting of up to thirty (30) bags of ROXUL insulation and a trip for two (2) people (Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest) including: economy air transportation for two (2) people departing from the Canadian or U.S. international airport closest to the winner's residence to Kona, Hawaii; six (6) nights' hotel accommodation at a 4 star hotel based on double occupancy as selected by the Sponsor; participation in a volcano related excursion as selected by the Sponsor for the Grand Prize winner and guest; and $500.00 (USD) spending money to be issued in the form of a Visa gift card (the " Gift Card") to the Grand Prize winner. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $11,200.00 (CDN).

Sweepstakes - Weekly Prizes: There are twenty four (24) weekly prizes (each a "Weekly Prize" and, collectively, the "Weekly Prizes") in the Sweepstakes, two (2) Weekly Prizes per Weekly Promotion Period, available to be won, each consisting of a $200.00 Visa gift card (the " Gift Card"). The currency of the Gift Card will be dependent upon whether the winner resides in the U.S. or Canada. Residents of the U.S. will receive a $200.00 (USD) Gift Card. Resident of Canada will receive a $200.00 (CDN) Gift Card.

Open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of primary residence at time of entry and to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories and possessions) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.

There is a limit of one (1) Weekly Prize Entry per person per Weekly Promotion Period (see Rule 4) and a limit of one (1) Grand Prize Entry per person during the Grand Prize Promotion Period.

The Promotion consists of a judged contest ("Contest") and a random draw sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes").

CONTEST - GRAND PRIZE ENTRY: Upon completion of the Entry Form between September 1, 2014 and October 31, 2014 (the "Grand Prize Promotion Period"), complete the Grand Prize Submission form which requires you to: (i) upload up to five (5) photos (see Rule 3 for format and content requirements) depicting your issue that resulted in your plan to renovate using ROXUL products, what you plan to renovate using ROXUL products, and must clearly identify the ROXUL brand (i.e. photo of package, name of product, etc.) (the "Photos"), (ii) write a story (see Rule 3 for format and content requirements) explaining your photo submission, your issue that resulted in your plan to renovate using ROXUL products and why you plan to use ROXUL products to resolve your issue in the field provided (the "Story").

SWEEPSTAKES - WEEKLY PRIZE ENTRY : Upon completion of the Entry Form, complete the Weekly Prize submission form which requires you to: (i) watch a video that is up to 3 minute in length; (ii) answer the question posed relating to the video in the field provided
