Grand Prize Part B brought to you by Tourism New Zealand–– Snow Sports and Air New Zealand. Prize includes the following:
Two Roundtrip Economy air transportation (for winner and his/her guest) provided by Air New Zealand to Queenstown New Zealand from Los Angeles, San Francisco or Honolulu (Connecting flights not included).
The following itinerary has been planned:
Day One: Arrive into Queenstown and collect rental car and drive to the Novotel Queenstown Lakeside where you will check in for 5 nights, Novotel Queenstown Lakeland – Guest Room.
Day Two – Day Four: Spend the next there days skiing in and around Queenstown. (2) One day lift tickets to Cornet Peak, (2) one day lift tickets to ski Treble Cone, (2) one day lift tickets to the Remarkables. Included in each day is rental ski equipment. One of these days will have you spending a day skiing with Nick Mills, the Technical Director of the world heli-ski challenge, the founding President of the New Zealand Freeski Association.
Overnight – Novotel Queenstown Lakeside – Guest Room
Day Five: Time for heli-skiing today. You will enjoy 8 runs today expertly guided and tailored to suit your ability with a huge variety of superb terrain. Enjoy the day from 5,000 to 12,000 vertical feet of untracked skiing.

Day Six: Enjoy a morning Jetboat ride before collecting your rental car and making your way through Mackenzie Country past Lake Pukaki, Lake Tekapo and New Zealand’s highest mountain Aoraki/Mt Cook. One night accommodations at Peppers Bluewater Resort. (3 hour drive, longer in the winter weather).
Day Seven: Depart Lake Takapo and drive to Terrace Downs in the Rakaia George where you’ll stay for 2 nights and Ski Mt Hutt ski field, the largest of 12 ski fields in the Canterbury region. (2 hour drive, longer in the winter weather).
2 Nights hotel accommodations at Brinkley Resort – Studio.
Day Eight: Enjoy a day skiing at Mt Hutt with rental ski equipment and lift pass included.
Overnight – Brinkley Resort – Studio.
Day Nine: Drive back to Christchurch (1 hour drive) Flights from Christchurch to Auckland and on to the US.
