One (1) prize will be awarded for each Drawing (each, a “Prize”):

Drawing 1: Super Bowl Trip (Travel dates: Friday, January 30, 2015 to Monday, February 2, 2015)
• Roundtrip airfare (economy class) for Winner and one Guest (as defined below) from a major airport near Winner’s hometown to a Phoenix-area airport;
• Three (3) nights’ hotel accommodation (standard, one room, double occupancy) at a hotel of Sponsor’s choosing;
• Two (2) tickets to the 2015 Super Bowl;
• Seventy-Five Dollar ($75) Visa gift card to be used towards roundtrip ground transportation from airport to hotel; and

Drawing 2: Alaskan Cruise Vacation (must be taken between May 1, 2015 and Sept. 12, 2015)
• Roundtrip airfare (economy class) for Winner and Guest from a major airport near Winner’s hometown to an airport near cruise ship port;
• Two (2) nights’ hotel accommodation (standard, one room, double occupancy) at a hotel of Sponsor’s choosing the night prior to departure and the night returning from cruise;
• Six (6) nights’ accommodation on cruise ship of Sponsor’s choosing;
• One Thousand Dollar ($1,000) Visa gift card to be used towards expenses; and
• All standard meals (no alcohol) included on cruise ship. Exclusions may apply.

Drawing 3: Caribbean All-Inclusive Beach Vacation (must be taken between May 1, 2015 and Sept. 30, 2015 )
• Roundtrip airfare (economy class) for Winner and Guest from a major airport near Winner’s hometown to an airport near hotel;
• Six (6) nights’ hotel accommodation (standard, one room, double occupancy) at a hotel of Sponsor’s choosing;
• Roundtrip ground transportation from airport to hotel;
• One Thousand Dollar ($1,000) Visa gift card to be used towards expenses; and
• All meals and soft drinks, juice, beer, wine and well drinks included.
