One (1) Grand Prize: 11 Night/ 12 Day Trip for two (2) Hiking in New Zealand.
Note: All travel must be booked and confirmed by July 15, 2015.
Prize includes the following:

• Roundtrip Economy air transportation (for two) provided by Air New Zealand to
Queenstown New Zealand from a major airport nearest the winner’s home address.
• The following itinerary provided by Tourism New Zealand has been planned:

Day One: Arrival Arrive into Queenstown. Super Shuttle transportation to the Hotel – Standard Guest Room. Activities: Afternoon you will attend a Pre-Track Briefing for your Milford Track Hike. Check in at the Ultimate Hikes Centre at 4:45pm. 1 Night accommodation St Moritz.

Day Two: Your guided Milford Track adventure begins. Coach transportation to Te Anau from Queenstown, arriving in time for lunch. From Te Anau Downs harbor, a launch will take you up to the head of Lake Te Anau. From the wharf it's a short walk to the historic Glade House for afternoon tea and a group photo. Afterwards, your guides will take you on a short nature walk to explore the area. 1 night private ensuite room accommodations at the Glade House.

Day Three: After crossing the emerald green Clinton River you walk up the valley to the Hirere Falls lunch shelter. The beech forest gets more luxuriant the farther you go, until it releases you on to the Prairie. From this meadow you can capture the true nature of the ice carved Clinton Canyon. It is a short climb to Pompolona Lodge from here. 1 Night accommodations at Pompolona Lodge.

Day Four: This is the most demanding day, especially in inclement weather. The track leads to Lake Mintaro at the head of the Clinton Valley, before climbing the Mackinnon Pass in a series of zig-zags. Take your time and enjoy the views. At the top you will be rewarded with spectacular panorama and lunch in Pass Hut. After the rocky descent into the Arthur Valley you will welcome a drink at Quintin Lodge. Once refreshed you can't miss the optional 90 minute round trip to the Sutherland Falls, the world's fifth highest waterfall. 1 Night accommodations at Quintin Lodge.

Day Five: You walk down the Arthur Valley to Boatshed; after a short break you will continue on past Mackay Falls and Bell Rock (which was carved out of the river during a particularly violent flood) and on to the lunch spot at Giant's Gate waterfall. The final stretch of track follows tranquil Lake Ada to Sandfly Point. From here it is a short launch trip to the renowned Mitre Peak Lodge, the only accommodation at Milford Sound offering superb views of Mitre Peak, often referred to as the eighth wonder of the world. Here you will enjoy a celebratory dinner while relaxing with the knowledge that the hard part is now behind you while the magnificence of Milford Sound is right in front of you. Overnight – Mitre Peak Lodge.

Day Six: Wake to the tranquility of Fiordland and after breakfast experience a magical cruise on Milford Sound. Watch for the dolphins and fur seals and pray for rain, as you've only seen Fiordland at its most incredible when the waterfalls are in full flow. Following the cruise it's time to head back to Queenstown where you will check into the Hotel St Moritz for a night. Overnight – Hotel St Moritz – Standard Guest Room

Day Seven: This morning you will enjoy a jetboat ride before picking up a rental car and selfdriving to Wanaka. (One hour drive). From the Whare Kea Lodge you will be flown by helicopter to Whare Kea Mountain Chalet for two nights. Your accommodation includes a chalet host, predinner canapés, 3 course dinner and breakfast. Overnight – Whare Kea Mountain Chalet (weather dependent).

Day Eight: Today you will meet and be guided on a mountain hike with adventure climber Guy Cotter before enjoying the Whare Kea Mountain Chalet. Overnight – Whare Kea Mountain Chalet (weather dependent).

Day Nine: Return to your car at the Lodge via helicopter transfer and drive to Queenstown Airport where you will return the rental car and board a flight for Wellington. On arrival in Wellington you will collect a rental car and make your way to the Copthorne Hotel Oriental Bay where you will check in for one night at the Copthorne Hotel Oriental Bay –Standard Room.

Day Ten: Take a self-guided walk on the Mt Victoria Loop – a three mile walk with views of Wellington and the harbour (allow three hours). Drive onto Ohakune and check into the Oreti Village for the night. (6 hour drive). Overnight – Oreti Village – 2 bedroom loft apartment.

Day Eleven: Discover the rugged and beautiful landscapes of the world-renowned Tongariro and Whanganui National Parks in New Zealand. Be guided by Adrift Guided Outdoor Adventures and take in some of the most spectacular scenery available in New Zealand. Hear the stories, the history and the legends of the land from within the tracks of the Tongariro Crossing. Tour includes return transfers between Oreti and the start of the Tongariro Alpine Crossing, fully guided tour with packed lunch and dinner and breakfast daily. Overnight – Oreti Village – 2 bedroom loft apartment.
Day Twelve: Check out of the hotel and drive to Auckland for your flight back to the US. (4 hour drive).

Rules

Open only to legal U.S. and District of Columbia residents (excluding Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam) at the time of entry, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
