(1) GRAND PRIZE: A three day/two night trip for winner and one guest to attend the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 19, and 20, 2014. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for the Attendees from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence to the major airport nearest Las Vegas, NV, two nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy), two tickets to the Concert, one meet and greet for the Attendees with Ellen K and Courtney Lopez, and one make up application for the Attendees (ARV: $5,000.00).

Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years of age or older as of the date of entry. If a participant has not reached the age of majority in his/her primary state of residence as of the date of entry into the Contest (which is eighteen years old in most states but is nineteen years old in Alabama and Nebraska and twenty-one years old in Mississippi), then the participant must obtain parental consent in order to be eligible to enter the Contest. Individuals who have won a prize from the Sponsor within 180 days prior to the start date of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win.
