(3) Grand Prizes for a four day three night trip for winner and an accompanying guest to the Sundance Resort in Sundance Village, Utah during calendar year 2015. Transportation to the Resort will be provided for the winner and guest by way of round trip coach air transportation from the major airport which is closest to winner's home. The three nights lodging at the Resort will be in a "Mountain Suite" (double occupancy). Also included will be (i) use of a rental car while in Utah; (ii) a sixty minute aromatherapy massage for two at the Spa in the Resort; (iii) a three course dinner for two at the Foundry Grill; (iv) a four course dinner at The Tree Room; (v) two (2) Art Classes (one per person); (vi) two days of breakfast for two; and (vii) two lift tickets (one pr person). The total value of the Grand Prize will be up to, but will not exceed, $5,500.

Second Prize will be a $3,000 gift card to be used solely for the purchase of any products offered by Sponsor in its online or print Sundance Catalog.
Third Prize will be a $1,500 gift card to be used solely for the purchase of any products offered by Sponsor in its online or print Sundance Catalog.

Open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, except residents of the State of Rhode Island, who are at least twenty-five years old at the time of entry.

Entries are limited to three entries per person, per email address, and per household for the entire duration of the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry.
