Grand Prize (1): A three (3) day/two (2) night trip to San Diego, home of the largest Comic Book convention on or around July 10, 2015. Trip includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from the major airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s home to San Diego, CA (in Sponsor’s sole discretion), two (2) nights accommodations (based on double occupancy) at a Sponsor-specified hotel, transportation to and from the airport to the hotel, two tickets to attend the convention on two (2) Sponsor-specified dates, a five hundred dollar ($500) Amex gift card for spending money, the opportunity to be a featured character in the Panasonic Unbreakable Valor comic book, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a printed issue of the latest Panasonic Unbreakable Valor comic book and the choice between a Panasonic Toughpad FZ-E1 or Panasonic Toughpad FZ-X1. If the Grand Prize Winner’s home is within two hundred (200) miles of San Diego, CA, then Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation to/from San Diego/Grand Prize Winner’s home. The ARV of the Grand Prize is up to $8,000.

First Prize (1): The choice between a Panasonic Toughpad FZ-E1 or Panasonic Toughpad FZ-X1. The retail value of the First Prize is up to $1,991.

Second Prizes (3,500): a printed edition of Sponsor specified issue of the Panasonic Unbreakable Valor comic book. The retail value of the Second Prize is $2.00.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, as of date of entry.
