Grand Prize: Grand Prize consists of a trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to New York, NY (“Trip”). Trip consists of the following elements: roundtrip standard coach-class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to an airport in or near New York, NY, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion; standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (standard room/double occupancy) at a hotel in or near New York, New York, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion; a personal photographer for two (2) hours on one (1) day of the Trip, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion; and one (1) $500 American Express gift card. Grand Prize is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Grand Prize is awarded “as is” with warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsors. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Grand Prize is four thousand and five hundred ($4,500).

Weekly Prize: Each Weekly Winner will receive one (1) Weekly Prize. Weekly Prize consists of the following: one (1) one hundred dollar ($100) online retailer gift card, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Prize is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Weekly Prize is one hundred dollars ($100).

ERV of all Prizes is four thousand and nine hundred dollars ($4,900).

Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories) and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, and 21 in Mississippi) and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
