(1) Grand Prize winner will receive a private screening of Dolphin Tale 2 for the Grand Prize winner and up to 100 guests in or near the Grand Prize Winner’s hometown on a date, time and location determined by Sponsor (ARV $2,500). If the Grand Prize Winner directs to partake in the Screening without any Guests or with fewer than 100 Guests, the attendance of fewer than 100 individuals at such Screening shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s obligation regarding the Grand Prize and no additional compensation will be awarded.

(25) First Place Prize winners will each receive a Dolphin Tale 2 prize pack which consists of TBD film-themed premiums ARV $36.97 each. Total ARV of all prizes: $924.25.

Open only to persons who upon entering are age of majority (as defined by their jurisdiction of primary residence) and who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America or the District of Columbia.

No more than one Entry per person/household/Address is permitted during the Entry Period (regardless of method of Entry or whether one person has more than one Address or more than one person use the same Address).
