Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize is available. One (1) Winner will receive one (1) four (4) day / three (3) night trip (the "Trip") for the Winner and up to three (3) guests to Walt Disney World® Resort ("WDW Resort") near Orlando, FL. Trip must be taken between September 25, 2015 and November 13, 2015 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to change dates. The Trip consists of: A.) one (1) three (3) consecutive-night stay at a WDW Resort hotel (exact WDW Resort hotel to be determined by Sponsor and/or Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S. (“Disney”)) (one standard room, quadruple occupancy); B.) Weekly Prize (13): Each weekly Winner during the 13 weeks of the Entry Period will receive a Werther's Caramel Gift Basket containing (i) Werther's product, (ii) an autographed Gail Gand Cookbook, and (iii) a $25 Disney gift card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of one weekly prize is $75.00.
