There will be twenty (20) prizes awarded. Each prize winner will receive a Carter’s prize package (the “prize”) consisting solely of: a) Carter’s Gift Card (the “Gift Card”) with a value of one hundred seventy five dollars ($175); and b) Carter’s Halloween and Fall styles in sizes from preemie to size 12 with an ARV of fifty dollars ($50). The total ARV of the prize is two hundred twenty five dollars ($225).

The total ARV of all prizes being awarded is four thousand five hundred dollars ($4,500).

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, United States territories (including APO/FPO military addresses) and Puerto Rico, who are physically located therein and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per natural person during the Sweepstakes Period.
